Requirements:<ul><li>
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas</li><li>
Valid CPR certification</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans</li><li>
Ensure patient comfort and cooperation during examinations and therapies</li><li>
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration, and respond to any adverse symptoms</li><li>
Perform physical, medical, and diagnostic tests</li><li>
Administer prescribed medications and accurately document all treatments</li><li>
Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments</li><li>
Educate and provide support to patients families</li><li>
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of patient care</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility</li></ul>
