We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to manage and edit video content recorded in our podcast room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw podcast footage into high-quality, engaging video content suitable for YouTube, social media platforms, and other digital channels.<ul><li>Edit multi-camera podcast recordings (video and audio sync)</li><li>Clean and enhance audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, clarity)</li><li>Add graphics, lower thirds, titles, intros/outros, and subtitles</li><li>Create short-form clips and highlights for social media (Reels, Shorts)</li><li>Color correct and color grade video footage</li><li>Maintain consistent branding and visual style</li><li>Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content teams</li><li>Organize and manage video files and backups</li><li>Meet deadlines and deliver content on schedule</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor (podcast or talk-show experience preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software</li><li>Strong understanding of audio editing tools (Audition, Pro Tools, or similar)</li><li>Experience with multi-camera editing workflows</li><li>Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices</li><li>Attention to detail and storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience editing podcasts or long-form interview content</li><li>Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects)</li><li>Knowledge of YouTube optimization and thumbnails</li><li>Basic understanding of podcast production and studio equipment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹13,431.31 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Video Editor

The Transport In-Charge is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the school&rsquo;s transportation system to ensure the safe, punctual, and efficient movement of students and staff. The role focuses on safety compliance, route management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and staff supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Operations<ul><li>Plan and manage daily school bus routes and schedules.</li><li>Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of students.</li><li>Monitor transportation operations and resolve route or timing issues.</li><li>Arranging transport for various events like extra classes/ picnics/ field trips etc and keeping the record for the same.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of Transport App and sort out related queries</li><li>Bus re-routing.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all transport operations comply with school policies and government transport regulations.</li><li>Implement and monitor safety procedures for students during travel.</li><li>Conduct regular safety drills and awareness programs for drivers and attendants.</li><li>Maintain records of vehicle fitness, permits, insurance, and pollution certificates.</li></ul>Vehicle Management<ul><li>Supervise maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness of school vehicles.</li><li>Coordinate repairs and inspections with authorized service providers.</li><li>Maintain logs for vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and repairs.</li></ul>Staff Supervision<ul><li>Supervise drivers, conductors/attendants, and transport staff.</li><li>Verify driver licenses, training, and behavior standards.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance of transport staff.</li></ul>Student &amp; Parent Coordination<ul><li>Address transport-related concerns from parents and guardians.</li><li>Communicate route changes, delays, or emergencies promptly.</li><li>Ensure discipline and proper conduct of students during transit.</li></ul>Emergency Management<ul><li>Act promptly in case of breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies.</li><li>Coordinate with school authorities, parents, and emergency services as required.</li><li>Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate transport records and reports.</li><li>Submit regular updates to school management on transport operations and safety compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum qualification: High school diploma (graduate preferred).</li><li>Experience in transport/logistics management, preferably in a school or institution.</li><li>Knowledge of local transport laws and child safety norms.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,924.17 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
