<div><div><b>SUMMARY</b><br>
The Digital Workplace Engineer delivers technical support and engineering for Sunwest Bank&rsquo;s digital workplace<br>
environment, focusing on endpoint management, user experience, SharePoint, patching, and updates. This role<br>
supports the transition from legacy desktop support to a modern, user-centric digital workplace, driving continuous<br>
improvement and operational excellence.</div>
<div><br>
<b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br>
<ul><li>Provide technical support for endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile) and resolve user issues via ticketing</li></ul>
systems (Ivanti, Jira, etc.)<br>
<ul><li>Support onboarding/offboarding, user access, and lifecycle management for internal applications and</li></ul>
platforms.<br>
<ul><li>Engineer, deploy, and maintain digital workplace solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Intune</li></ul>
MDM/Autopilot<br>
<ul><li>Assist with patching, updates, and compliance for all endpoints.</li><li>Document procedures, resolutions, and best practices for digital workplace operations.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and business teams to optimize user experience and service delivery.</li><li>Participate in cost-saving initiatives, vendor management, and contract reviews as needed</li><li>Ensure adherence to IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GLBA, BSA/AML,</li></ul>
etc.).<br>
<ul><li>Contribute to process improvement and modernization of digital workplace tools and workflows.</li></ul></div>

Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA.<br>

<b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint engineering, or digital workplace environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and modern endpoint management.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div>
