We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Executive. This role involves handling tax filings, reconciliations, inventory reporting, and tax planning while ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive timely and accurate period-end closings with reconciliations and financial insights.</li><li>Ensure compliance through structured filing of direct and indirect tax returns and statutory submissions.</li><li>Support strategic tax planning and forecasting to optimize financial outcomes.</li><li>Oversee inventory and operational data to align with reporting and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate on the preparation of financial statements with focus on tax impact and governance.</li><li>Prepare credit facilities (running finance, term loans, LCs, bank guarantees) and ensure compliance with bank covenants.</li><li>Prepare and maintain loan schedules, interest calculations, and renewal documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for import and export transactions, including:</li><li>Opening of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Contracts.</li><li>Preparation of Form-E, Form-I, shipping documents, and payment settlements.</li><li>Monitoring of foreign currency payments and remittances.</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Masters in Accounting Finance or CA/ACMA 2 Parts QualifiedJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Tax Executive

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, questions, and messages, and engage with followers to build community.</li><li>Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.</li><li>Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content.</li><li>Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and design innovations.</li><li>Generate, edit, and share engaging content, including text, photos, and videos, for all social media platforms.</li><li>Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.</li><li>Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including promotions and competitions, to increase brand awareness and followership.</li><li>Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and other digital or print content.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Handler.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.</li><li>Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Social Media & Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:&middot; Manage the telephone exchange for incoming and outgoing calls.&middot; Greet and assist visitors and guests courteously, and arrange meetings with the concerned authority.&middot; Prepare and verify Inward Gate Passes for all incoming materials.&middot; Prepare and verify Outward Gate Passes for all outgoing materials.&middot; Supervise the loading and unloading of materials and ensure accurate counting and verification.&middot; Collect delivery challans and invoices from the relevant parties at the time of material receipt or dispatch.&middot; Confirm raw material and empty material rates from concern Director before processing.&middot; Record Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in the software accurately and timely.&middot; Prepare GRN invoices in the system.&middot; Update raw material and empty material purchases in the software.&middot; Enter purchase returns for raw material and empty items in the system.&middot; Get all purchase entries verified and signed by concern Director before submitting to the Finance Department.&middot; Get purchase return documents checked by concern Director and then submit to Finance.&middot; Receive incoming mail and maintain proper records.&middot; Update received mail status and deliver it to the Head Office / concerned department in a timely manner.&middot; Prepare local purchase bills as per approved rates and submit them for verification and payment processing.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
