Details as given below:About client company: One of the leading System Integrator and IT services provider, helping customers across the geography drive digital transformations for more than 25 years.It is one of the leading IT infrastructure Solution and System Integration company operating in India..Job Position:Senior Manager- Accounts &amp; FinanceJob Location: Kolkata(Sector 5)Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain stock reports.</li><li>Finalize books of accounts and prepare the balance sheet.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis to evaluate expenses and profitability.</li><li>Prepare and submit Bank Audit Reports as required.</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Handle TDS returns and filing in compliance with tax regulations.</li><li>Manage GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of Income Tax returns and compliance with applicable tax laws.</li><li>Prepare and file reports for ROC (Registrar of Companies).</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Statutory Compliance:<ul><li>Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) calculations and filings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor and financial regulations.</li></ul>Audit &amp; Reconciliation:<ul><li>Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.</li><li>Conduct Bank Reconciliation &amp; Vendor Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum Experience: 5-10 years in accounting and finance.</li><li>SAP(B1) knowledge is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of finalization of accounts, stock reporting, and tax filing.</li><li>Proficiency in TDS, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and audit procedures.</li><li>Experience in expense analysis, bank audit reports, and financial compliance.</li><li>Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Education &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Laws, and Income Tax Regulations.</li></ul>Salary- As per the industry standardWhat the Company will Offer:<ul><li>A collaborative and growth-driven work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow.</li><li>Competitive salary</li></ul>Interested candidates can email their resumes to jayeta@suparshrecruitment.comRegards, Jaayeta Chakraboorty Sr.HR Manager Suparsh Recruitment West BengalJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
