Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.</li><li>X'Cost and inventory management : Analyzemarket trends and pricing to control cost and optimize inventory levels.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining quality standards for purchased goods and services.</li><li>Inventory Management: Collaborating with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with various departments such as finance operations and engineering to understand their procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Compliance:Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.</li><li>Recosrd-keeping and reporting : Maintain accurate records of purchases invoices and supplier information. Purchase Executive

CORE RESPONSIBILITES <ul><li>Project planning and management :- oversee the technical and engineering aspects of a recast project from start to finish. This inclues planning scheduling and managing the project to ensure accuracy and proper resourcing.</li><li>Production co-ordination: Co-ordinate the entire production process to achieve planned output according to schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Sub-contractor and client management: manage and co-ordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. This also includes client interaction to understand needs and manage client inspections.</li><li>Technical overtsight: Ensure the project aligns with construction drawings method statements and other technical documentation. Review and approve technical documents and ensure project compliance with standards.</li><li>Quality and sagety: oversee quality controllers and ensure health and safety measures are implemented on site.</li><li>Documentation and reporting: maintain project documentation and get involved in the implementation of work procedures and reports.</li><li>Team leadership: lead and mentor other team members including entry- level professionals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil engineering: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
