From in-store moments to brand storytelling, this is a chance to build something people actually want to watch, engage with, and share.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for an in-office Social Media Manager / Content Creator to own and execute Super Chix&rsquo;s organic social presence across platforms through high-quality, engaging content.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a high-energy brand perfect for fun, trendy, and engaging social content. You&rsquo;ll have the freedom to push ideas, test concepts, and help shape our online personality&mdash;while being part of a growing marketing team in the highly creative fast casual dining space.You&rsquo;ll plan, create, and publish content across platforms, owning day-to-day execution while working closely with the Director of Marketing on broader strategy and direction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute organic social strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)</li><li>Build and manage a consistent content calendar</li><li>Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video and static content</li><li>Create platform-native content tailored to each channel</li><li>Stay on top of trends and quickly produce relevant, on-brand content while they&rsquo;re still timely</li><li>Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and guest interactions</li><li>Support posting and engagement across Google Business Profiles and other owned channels</li><li>Identify and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships</li><li>Track performance and optimize content based on KPIs</li><li>Maintain and organize content libraries and assets</li><li>Partner with franchisees to support local store marketing</li></ul>Required Background<ul><li>Portfolio required (examples of content, campaigns, or accounts you&rsquo;ve managed)</li><li>5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing</li><li>Proven ability to grow social accounts and drive engagement</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong content creation skills (short-form video, photography, editing)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt voice by platform</li><li>Deep understanding of social trends and platform best practices</li><li>Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows</li><li>Comfortable analyzing performance and optimizing content</li><li>Experience with influencer/creator partnerships is a plus</li><li>Food photography experience is a strong plus</li></ul>Ideal Characteristics<ul><li>Creative, fast-moving, and highly organized</li><li>Obsessed with social media and content trends</li><li>Able to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt in real time</li><li>Comfortable interacting with guests and capturing content on-site</li><li>Strong collaborator who works well across teams</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonus opportunities</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>PTO and paid holidays</li><li>Opportunities for advancement as the brand continues to grow</li><li>A growing marketing team and a chance to help shape the future of a national restaurant brand</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
