Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce marketing materials including print graphics, digital ads, trade show displays, signage, and social media content.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets.</li><li>Prepare print-ready files and ensure accurate color, layout, and production specifications.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Stay current with design trends, software updates, and production techniques.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of professional design experience (preferably in print or large-format production environments).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.</li><li>Experience preparing files for print production.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>

Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with large-format printing, signage, or environmental graphics.</li><li>Familiarity with prepress and RIP software.</li><li>Motion graphics or video editing skills a plus.</li><li>Photography or illustration experience beneficial.</li></ul>

Work Environment:
This position works closely with the creative, production, and project management teams. It may require occasional overtime during peak production periods.
