Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff (kitchen, service, bar, and management roles)</li><li>Conduct interviews, prepare offers, and manage joining formalities</li><li>Deliver employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and personnel files</li><li>Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, medicals, insurance, and renewals with PRO</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, WPS, and MOHRE regulations</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Administration<ul><li>Prepare monthly payroll with accuracy (attendance, overtime, leave adjustments)</li><li>Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and full &amp; final settlements</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Address employee concerns, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries</li><li>Organize engagement and recognition programs for restaurant teams</li></ul>Performance &amp; Development<ul><li>Coordinate probation reviews, appraisals, promotions, and contract renewals</li><li>Identify and support training initiatives with outlet managers</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
