Their certified technicians utilize the latest diagnostic equipment to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Automotive Maintenance Team Leader / Workshop Lead to assist and support the workshop manager in day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate work schedules, oversee sales and petty cash, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and experience in the UAE or GCC automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day automotive maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>Assign and coordinate tasks among technicians to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Lead, support, and guide technicians to maintain high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.</li><li>Assist in basic sales coordination and petty cash follow-up as required.</li><li>Act as a point of contact between technicians, workshop management, and customers.</li><li>Support customer communication by providing technical explanations when needed.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by helping resolve issues and supporting accurate job estimates.</li><li>Maintain basic records related to work orders, repairs, and team performance.</li><li>Support the Workshop Manager in daily workshop operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Speak Urdu/Hindi/Arabic and English </li><li>Visit Visa / Cancelled / Transferable approved</li><li>Educational Qualification: Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 3 years as an automotive technician.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader/service advisor and customer service.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC automotive industry.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a team and coordinate work efficiently.</li><li>Good sales and cash handling experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with major automotive brands.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Service Advisor: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Auto Mechanic Technician : 3 years (Required)</li><li>GCC-UAE: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver License (Required)</li></ul>
