Job Description: We are looking for a creative and reliable UGC (User-Generated Content) creator to produce engaging video content for social media. This role is focused on content creation&mdash;not strategy&mdash;so we are not looking for a marketing expert, but rather someone who can film, edit, and deliver high-quality, scroll-stopping videos.You&rsquo;ll work with our team to create content that aligns with our brands while bringing your own creative style to the table.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create short-form video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)</li><li>Film and edit videos independently</li><li>Follow general creative direction and brand guidelines</li><li>Deliver content on agreed timelines</li><li>Be comfortable on camera (preferred, but not required)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience creating UGC or social media video content</li><li>Strong video shooting and editing skills (phone or camera)</li><li>Ability to create natural, authentic, engaging content</li><li>Reliable communication and turnaround times</li><li>Portfolio or examples of past work required</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Creativity over perfection</li><li>Someone who understands current social media content styles</li><li>Ability to adapt to different product types and messaging</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Pay will be determined based on experience and project scope (to be discussed with selected candidates)</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit links to your portfolio or examples of past video content along with a brief introduction.Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Harrison, OH 45030
