We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&amp;A team to support enterprise-level financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the business. The role will contribute to a wide range of analytical activities, including cash flow planning, quotation analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc business support, with a strong focus on integrating financial data across commercial, operational, and accounting views.</div>

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams and finance leadership to help translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities may shift based on business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Support FP&amp;A leadership with consolidated financial analysis and forecasting activities, including cash flow planning at a global level.</li>
<li>Assist with quotation-related financial analysis, including alignment with accounting actuals and forecast views.</li>
<li>Partner with Production and other supporting organizations to develop and maintain business and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Support the development of dynamic reporting structures covering actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Contribute to cost- and component-related analyses to support broader financial and business decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate financial information clearly to management.</li>
<li>Apply strong data management and analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret financial information.</li>
<li>Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA a plus).</li>
<li>8+ years of experience, or 6+ years of experience with Master&rsquo;s degree in manufacturing or tech industry experience, or public firm experience, preferred in FP&amp;A, cost management, or accounting roles.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex data sets.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Workday, Tableau); SAP experience preferred.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and quotation concepts.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics related to SMC products.</li>
<li>Accounting and cost background preferred.</li>

$130,000 - $150,000</div>

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled (Sr.) Service Engineer to join our Global Service Team. This hands-on role is based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh and focuses on post-sales support, including field-based troubleshooting, maintenance, and system repairs at customer sites. The ideal candidate has a strong background in server and enterprise hardware support, exceptional diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to lead service excellence efforts across global customer engagements.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
</div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Perform advanced on-site and remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of Supermicro servers and systems.</li>
<li>Lead preventive maintenance efforts and ensure adherence to SLA commitments and repair cycle times.</li>
<li>Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and manage them professionally and efficiently.</li>
<li>Provide Level 2 support to channel partners, including resellers and distributors.</li>
<li>Support enterprise solutions, including GPU systems, networking, firmware/BIOS, and cable management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with TAMs, Service Managers, and Product Managers to develop service programs.</li>
<li>Train new service engineers and customers on hardware and support procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct lab-based simulations and tests to replicate and resolve field issues.</li>
<li>Manage service tickets using Supermicro&rsquo;s Service Portal, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution.</li>
<li>Document fault triage, develop knowledge base content, and contribute to training materials.</li>
<li>Present technical findings and reports as needed.</li>

<li>5+ years of experience supporting and maintaining complex server, storage, and networking environments.</li>
<li>Deep technical knowledge of GPU platforms, BIOS/UEFI, storage protocols (SAS/iSCSI), Layer 3 switches, routers, and firmware configurations.</li>
<li>Proven field experience in break/fix support, with an emphasis on customer interaction and service delivery.</li>
<li>Familiar with both Windows and Linux operating environments; certifications are a plus.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills, including hardware diagnostics and software-related issue analysis.</li>
<li>Proficiency with BMC tools such as SMC IPMICFG and SUM (or equivalent like iLO/iDRAC).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.</li>
<li>Capable of speaking and writing both English and Arabic languages.</li>
