Position Summary
Super Star Car Wash is looking for driven, dynamic leaders with management experience and a passion for inspiring teams! Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.
From day one, you&rsquo;ll immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the ground up. As you progress, you'll take on increasing responsibility, mastering day-to-day management and driving the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location.

Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities

Operations &amp; Compliance
<ul><li>Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.</li>
<li>Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product &amp; service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures.</li>
<li>Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to management.</li>
<li>Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer expectations.</li>
<li>Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized property at all times.</li>
<li>Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.</li>
<li>Facilitate and assess damage claims.</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Team Development
<ul><li>Learn and implement the company&rsquo;s coaching and training model.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management at all levels.</li>
<li>Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management efforts.</li>
</ul>
Additional Responsibilities
<ul><li>Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Education &amp; Experience
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams</li>
<li>Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district</li>
<li>Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions</li>
<li>Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays</li>
</ul>

<li>Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind</li>
<li>Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles</li>
