Nurture a strong community of women around wellness and holistic living.</div><div><b>
 Growth Marketing (Organic + Paid)</b></div><div>
Drive traffic through SEO, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.</div><div>
Set up and test small-scale paid ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google).</div><div>
Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversions.</div><div><b>
Customer Retention &amp; Loyalty</b></div><div>
Build and run email campaigns/newsletters with wellness tips &amp; offers.</div><div>
Create referral, loyalty, and upsell campaigns.</div><div>

Analytics &amp; Reporting</b></div><div>
Track and report on <b>KPIs</b>: customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, and email performance.</div><div>

Lead and manage the 3D production team with full ownership of responsibilities.</li><li>
Create and oversee project pipelines and ensure smooth production workflows.</li><li>
Contribute actively in modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.</li><li>
Ensure high standards in modeling and texturing, with proficiency in hand-painted textures.</li><li>
Collaborate with the team to deliver creative, high-quality results within deadlines.</li><li>
Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and AI in the 3D industry.</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring skill growth and effective communication.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills &amp; Expertise:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong expertise in <b>3D Modeling</b> (all types) and <b>Texturing</b> (including hand-painted textures).</li><li>
Good understanding of <b>3D production pipelines</b> and workflow management.</li><li>
Knowledge of <b>Lighting and Animation</b>.</li><li>
Skilled in industry-standard 3D software and tools.</li><li>
Additional knowledge of <b>Unreal Engine</b> and <b>Marvelous Designer</b> is preferred.</li><li>
Business awareness with the ability to align creative work with project goals.</li><li>
