Role Overview:</b></h3><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, strategic, and wellness-minded Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our digital presence organically across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><div>
1. Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand voice, product launches, and campaigns.</div><div>
2. Create high-performing reels, stories, and posts (founder-led, educational, emotional, and wellness-based).</div><div>
3. Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube channels &mdash; from planning to posting and engagement.</div><div>
4. Work closely with the founder to translate her vision and tone into visually appealing, emotionally resonant content.</div><div>
5. Collaborate with influencers and creators to co-create content that drives awareness and trust.</div><div>
6. Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and post performance using analytics tools.</div><div>
7. Experiment with trending formats, sounds, and topics to increase visibility and virality.</div><div>
8. Engage directly with followers &mdash; build relationships, respond to DMs, and nurture community trust.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements:</b></h3><div>
1. 4+ years of experience in social media content creation or management (preferably in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle).</div><div>
2. Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, hashtags, and engagement tactics.</div><div>
3. Strong creative eye for aesthetics, brand alignment, and emotional storytelling.</div><div>
4. Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Adobe Express.</div><div>
5. Excellent written communication skills in English.</div><div>

We&rsquo;re looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us scale ShiLives&rsquo; e-commerce growth through smart, ethical, and cost-effective campaigns. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for running ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing for sales conversions, CAC reduction, and retargeting funnels.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div>
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and TikTok Ads.</div><div>
2. Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS.</div><div>
3. Work with design/content team to ensure brand consistency across ads and funnels.</div><div>
4. Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.</div><div>
5. Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and deliver weekly reports on metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).</div><div>

4. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook Ads Manager.</div><div>
5. Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into clear, actionable steps.</div><div>
