This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting various administrative functions.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting arrangements to ensure efficient time management</li><li>Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports with attention to detail</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking</li><li>Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files for easy access</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills for engaging with clients and visitors professionally</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
