<div>Position: Learning and Talent Development Intern 
Location: Columbus, Ohio 
Salary Rate: $25 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May &ndash; August). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Learning and Talent Development team, you&rsquo;ll work with departments across the organization to develop training materials and programs. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

 Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Help support various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for TSG employees</li>
<li>Support leadership program activities</li>
<li>Provide basic technical support and customer service to TSG team members</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings to identify training opportunities</li>
<li>Help support with learning initiatives aligned with department career pathways</li>
<li>Assist with deploying online content and coordinating in-person training</li>
<li>Support construction and safety training efforts</li>
<li>Help create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools</li>
<li>Assist with designing content to optimize learning outcomes</li>
</ul>

Learning and Talent Development Internship, Summer 2026

<div>Position: Safety Intern 
Location: Columbus, Ohio 
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May &ndash; August). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Safety team, you&rsquo;ll gain exposure to all aspects of safety across our construction jobsites and enterprise accounts. You will also support jobsite safety initiatives to ensure our team members uphold proper protocols. This role is based on a jobsite in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Participate in daily walk through of safety audits on large construction sites and helps ensure compliance with government rules &amp; regulations</li>
<li>Assist in the completion of audits or daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations, and issues, etc</li>
<li>Help create, maintain, and update documentation and forms</li>
<li>Assist with training, and new Safety Professionals onboarding as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with the safety team on training programs and initiatives to grow safety culture onsite</li>
<li>Create and distribute site specific Toolbox Talks</li>
<li>Help to organize PPE in multiple locations onsite</li>
<li>Assist with creating safety reports for the multiple projects</li>
</ul>

Construction Safety Internship, Summer 2026

<div>Position: Building Information Modeling (BIM) Intern 
Location: Columbus, Ohio 
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC) team, you&rsquo;ll gain exposure to 3D models, BIM software programs, and so much more. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Help prepare 3D models of electrical building systems in Revit</li>
<li>Prepare 3D Navisworks models used for BIM coordination</li>
<li>Help run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process</li>
<li>Help support with installation and prefabrication drawings</li>
<li>Help build Revit families, prefab assemblies, and contribute to BIM standards</li>
<li>Learn established standards for modeling and production of drawings</li>
<li>Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications</li>
</ul>
