The Specifics:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
1-2 years of customer service or collections experience.</li><li>
Proficient with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).</li></ul>
