The Dispatch efficiently executes the day to day operation while promoting a professional and safe environment.
Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain the day to day operation</li><li>
Consistently monitor the schedule</li><li>
Ensure resources are available and properly allocated</li><li>
Communicate any maintenance issues</li><li>
Communicate any flight changes with CFIs, Students, and Renters</li><li>
Create a professional environment and welcome prospective students/customers</li><li>
Dispatch all activities according to procedures</li><li>
Maintain schedule accuracy</li><li>
Inventory Management</li><li>
PSI management and proctoring</li><li>
Close out all cashier tickets</li><li>
Monitor passed scheduled for open tickets</li><li>
End of Day report</li><li>
Monitor weather according to school minimums</li><li>
Operational administrative support</li><li>
Answer and filter phone calls professionally</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)</li><li>
Aviation Knowledge (preferred)</li></ul>

Physical Demands<ul><li>

Part-Time
</li><li>14-24 Hours / Week</li><li>
Weekend shifts as needed</li></ul>
