Position Overview</b></h2><p>
The Human Resources (HR) Director is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the organization&rsquo;s overall business plan and strategic direction. This includes talent management, organizational development, performance management, training and development, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Strategic Leadership</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>
Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness</li><li>
Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Talent Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes</li><li>
Develop retention strategies and career development programs</li><li>
Ensure a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Employee Relations</b></h3><ul><li>
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement</li><li>
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions</li><li>
Ensure fair and consistent application of policies</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Performance Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Design and manage performance evaluation systems</li><li>
Support managers in coaching and development practices</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in employee performance</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Oversee compensation structures, salary planning, and benefits programs</li><li>
Ensure competitiveness and internal equity</li><li>

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws</li><li>
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures</li><li>

Training &amp; Development</b></h3><ul><li>
Identify organizational training needs and implement development programs</li><li>
Support leadership development initiatives</li><li>
Promote continuous learning culture</li></ul>
Requirements:<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices</li><li>
Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
