We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join the team at the New London, NH customer service center. What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Propane service and tank installation.</li>
<li>Able to identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection.</li>
<li>Respond to customer emergencies as needed</li>
<li>Rotate “on call” status during evenings and weekends as needed</li>
<li>Perform tank maintenance spare tanks located in the plants in preparation for putting them in service.</li>
<li>Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.</li>
<li>Will be cross-trained to assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed</li>
<li>Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary</li>
</ul>
What you bring: 
<ul>
<li>2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC</li>
<li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree</li>
<li>NH Gas Fitter's Lice required</li>
<li>CDL Class A or B</li>
<li>Hazmat/ Tanker endorsement preferred</li>
<li>Propane Delivery License preferred</li>
<li>Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.</li>

Service Technician

The Local Fuel Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of propane to our customers. The Delivery Driver will deliver, load and unload propane while providing exceptional customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are also accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.

What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Transfer, collect, load and deliver propane, product to and from containers (bulk truck, tanks and/or cylinders) for customers.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.</li>
<li>Leverage technology where available to: Monitor and track the transfer of propane inventory, tank levels and container sizing; accurately record and print delivery tickets for customers for product delivered; accurately complete and submit daily driver report where necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment to the highest level of safety standards, reporting any mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. Conduct and, if applicable document, pre and post vehicle inspections, site inspections and visual tank inspections.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information. Notify the dispatcher of any product, customer, routing, scheduling or safety issues immediately to obtain their guidance and instruction on how to resolve the issue or situation.</li>
<li>Employees may be required to work overtime hours when business needs require it.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
What you bring: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year delivery driver experience</li>
<li>CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement</li>
<li>Current DOT medical certification</li>
<li>Legal authorization to work in the United States</li>
</ul>
