We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Booking Team. The ideal candidate will handle all customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience &mdash; from the first call to the final handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.</li><li>Assist and guide clients in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs.</li><li>Convince and close bookings through strong communication and sales skills.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information.</li><li>Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and return processes.</li><li>Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, customer service, or car rental industry (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Passion for cars, especially Tesla and luxury vehicles, is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a leading automotive brand.</li><li>Friendly and motivated team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per month
