Role Overview
We are seeking a Usability Engineer with deep knowledge in human factors, cognitive psychology, and behavioral UX. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with usability testing methods, accessibility audits, heuristic evaluations, and a track record of translating findings into actionable design improvements. NN/g or HFI certifications are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Plan, conduct, and analyze formative and summative usability studies, including moderated/unmoderated tests</li>
<li>Perform heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and accessibility assessments</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to improve user experience based on findings</li>
<li>Create and maintain usability testing protocols, documentation, and research repositories</li>
<li>Define and measure usability KPIs (task success rate, error rate, time on task, etc.)</li>
<li>Advocate for evidence-based design decisions and usability best practices across teams</li>
<li>Support the development of design systems and product guidelines with usability input</li>
<li>Help train and mentor cross-functional teams on usability principles and tools</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in usability engineering, UX research, or a similar role</li>
<li>Strong foundation in usability principles and testing methodologies</li>
<li>Experience with tools like UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, or similar</li>
<li>Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD</li>
<li>Strong statistical and analytical skills for interpreting test results</li>
<li>Experience documenting research and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities &amp; Procurement Manager to oversee all aspects of our office environments across multiple countries. The role covers management of office facilities, supplies, vendors, procurement of office assets, and administrative services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a safe, efficient, and positive workplace for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office &amp; Facilities Management<ul>
<li>Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and functionality of all office spaces.</li>
<li>Ensure health, safety, and security compliance across all locations.</li>
<li>Manage space planning and seating arrangements in collaboration with HR and Ops.</li>
<li>Coordinate office expansions, moves, and renovations.</li>
</ul>2. Procurement &amp; Asset Management<ul>
<li>Lead procurement of office assets such as laptops, IT hardware, furniture, and equipment.</li>
<li>Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing with quality assurance.</li>
<li>Oversee asset lifecycle management: purchasing, deployment, tracking, and retirement/disposal.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records of IT and non-IT office assets.</li>
<li>Establish procurement policies and approval workflows in line with governance and finance.</li>

</ul>5. Governance &amp; Reporting<ul>
<li>Maintain facilities and procurement budget, tracking spend across offices and categories.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and reports on facility and asset KPIs (utilization, costs, incident response, inventory health).</li>
<li>Support compliance with local labor, health &amp; safety, and regulatory requirements in each market.</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in facilities, office, or property management (experience in Saudi Arabia preferred).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and workplace safety standards.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and control budgets.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
