 Digital Media Communication Specialist
 
 
 We are currently looking for a Digital Media Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage content creation for our social media channels, including posts, reels, and stories, following the brand strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, run, and report on influencer collaborations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the creative team (designers, video producers, copywriters) to deliver projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI tools (for visuals, text, and video) to support content creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily social media activities, including planning, posting, and moderation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the performance of campaigns and content and prepare regular reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help improve strategy through competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and new content ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support digital crisis management when needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset and ability to bring ideas to life.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of AI tools and eagerness to develop skills in this area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and advertising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in reporting, analytics, and generating actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in moderation and community management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably with experience in agencies, FMCG, or e-commerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and team spirit.
 </li>
 <li>
 English reading and writing skills.
