<div>We're investing heavily in a new product area: browser automation and document intelligence. You'll own this platform end-to-end &mdash; from architecture through shipping. This is not a maintenance role. It's 80% net-new build, with the chance to put your fingerprints on a product line that's already live with customers and growing fast. 
You'll report directly to the CEO (we're flat), work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering, and selectively join customer calls when you're the subject-matter expert on something you've built. 
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD<ul><li> 
Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up</li><li>Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS</li><li>Write production-grade TypeScript/React/Node.js &mdash; first PR to production in week one</li><li>Work cross-functionally with product and forward-deployed engineering teams</li><li>Join customer calls to demo features you've built and advise on technical implementation</li><li>Shape architecture and tooling decisions as one of the earliest engineers at a company scaling fast</li><li>Help define engineering best practices as we grow toward 30 people by end of year</li></ul> 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 
Experience<ul><li>4&ndash;8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with clear ownership and progression</li><li>The profile that fits best: someone already performing at a senior level, ready to make the jump to full end-to-end ownership and responsibility</li><li>Strong foundation from a reputable tech company or well-known startup &mdash; we value quality of experience over years</li><li>Proven ability to ship AI or LLM-based products in production &mdash; this is non-negotiable</li></ul> 
Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficient in a modern language; willingness to work in TypeScript/React/Node.js/Express (our stack)</li><li>Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based systems, agents, or AI workflows</li><li>PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience</li><li>AWS or cloud infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirement</li></ul> 
Academic Background<ul><li>GPA 3.7+ preferred for candidates earlier in career &mdash; we may request a transcript</li><li>School prestige matters less than how you performed there; what we want to see is that you've pushed yourself</li></ul>

Senior Full Stack Engineer

<div>We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles &mdash; sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates for clients building in AI and technology. You'll work closely with our operations team to manage pipeline, hit submission SLAs, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical/engineering roles (software engineers, ML/AI engineers, technical leads, and related positions)</li><li>
Source actively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other sourcing tools</li><li>
Screen and qualify candidates against technical requirements</li><li>
Submit a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates (target: 3 submissions per role per week)</li><li>
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication</li><li>
Track submissions and candidate status in our ATS (Greenhouse/Manatal)</li><li>
Partner with our Director of Operations on account priorities and client SLAs</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
2+ years of technical/IT recruiting experience (agency or in-house)</li><li>
Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, or related technical roles</li><li>
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter required; Dice, Apollo a plus)</li><li>
Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced search work</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>
Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote environment</li><li>
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Manatal, or similar)</li></ul></div>
