Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage operational activities efficiently. Hindi proficiency is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for employees/candidates.</li><li>Act as a North regional point of contact (POC) and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Handle employee coordination and ensure smooth operational workflows.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.</li><li>Maintain operational reports and track data using Excel.</li><li>Support daily operational activities and process improvements.</li><li>Coordinate hiring activities, especially for blue-collar hiring requirements (good to have).</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in Operations, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or related roles.</li><li>Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.</li><li>Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
