 What you will do:

 Handle escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction
 </li>

 Lead and support the customer support team
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow established procedures to escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of system failures, maintenance activities, and identified bugs
 </li>

 Collaborate and communicate effectively with the client's internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

 What you need to succeed in this role:

 Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of proven experience in Technical Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in team management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving abilities
 </li>

 Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 </li>

What you will do:<ul>

Handle customer inquiries involving technical issues and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions
</li><li>Monitor client hardware in real time and ensure prompt issue detection and escalation when needed</li>
<li>Follow established procedures to escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams and stakeholders
</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of system failures, maintenance activities, and identified bugs
</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with the client&rsquo;s internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
</li></ul>What you need to succeed in this role:

<li>1+ years of proven experience in Technical Support</li>
<li>Ability to identify and resolve basic hardware and software issues independently</li>
<li>Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting</li>
<li>Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems</li>
<li>Fast typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities
</li><li>Customer-oriented and responsible attitude</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
