About the Role:Supreme Solar Energy is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to understand and promote solar solutions effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.</li><li>Conduct site visits, load assessments, and propose suitable solar system solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial quotations and assist clients in understanding system benefits.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company&rsquo;s growth in the region.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 6 months or more experience in solar or technical sales will be preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong interest in renewable energy and customer engagement.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of solar systems is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the region.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Professional development and on-the-job training.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a leading renewable energy company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
