The Project Manager brings strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES<ul><li>Lead large‑scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress tracking frameworks.</li><li>Partner with executives and department leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.</li><li>Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.</li><li>Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies to maintain progress.</li><li>Facilitate regular status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Oversee resource allocation, contractor management, and vendor coordination as needed.</li><li>Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency.</li><li>Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Mentor and contribute to building a strong project management culture.</li></ul>SKILLS<ul><li>Advanced project management and leadership capabilities</li><li>Strong strategic planning and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management</li><li>Deep experience with risk mitigation and complex project problem‑solving</li><li>Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams with influence rather than authority</li><li>Data‑driven decision making and KPI monitoring</li><li>Budget management and financial forecasting</li><li>Strong documentation, reporting, and project governance practices</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).</li></ul>ABOUT SURGENTECOur team is dedicated to creating intuitive solutions to improve the quality of life for patients.
