We manufacture our own high-quality products in factories based in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for a young, enthusiastic individual who lives and breathes social media content and understands how to drive engagement and sales through short-form video. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in CapCut and skilled in producing polished, high-impact content for e-commerce, product showcases, and various social media platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Video Production: Execute end-to-end video editing, including selecting footage, sequencing, pacing, color correction, and sound design for all marketing channels.</li><li>CapCut Mastery: Utilize CapCut as the primary editing platform to rapidly produce, edit, and optimize content for vertical formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).</li><li>Social Media Optimization: Adapt video content specifically for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon, ensuring adherence to platform specifications and best practices.</li><li>Product Content: Create engaging product demonstration videos, unboxing videos, and short advertisements that clearly showcase product features and brand aesthetic.</li><li>Motion Graphics: Design and integrate basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to align video output with brand voice and campaign goals.</li><li>Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of video footage, audio, and final project files.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in professional video editing, particularly for e-commerce or digital brands.</li><li>Platform Proficiency: Experience with other tools like Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.</li><li>Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of current social media trends, viral video formats, and platform-specific content optimization .</li><li>Creative Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to condense long-form content into compelling, short-form narratives.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Excellent command of timing, music syncing, and visual continuity.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating product showcases and social media video work is required.</li><li>Communication: Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,637.80 - &#8377;36,076.36 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li><li>Notice Period in Current Organisation </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video editing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
