Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Curriculum &amp; Instruction: Develop and implement engaging art lessons, teach fundamental concepts (color theory, perspective), demonstrate techniques (drawing, painting, clay), and explain proper, safe use of tools and materials.</li><li>Student Development: Inspire creativity, encourage self-expression, build confidence, and guide students to appreciate diverse art forms and cultures.</li><li>Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, well-stocked art room, manage inventory, and ensure a safe workspace.</li><li>Assessment &amp; Reporting: Grade assignments, provide constructive feedback, conduct exams, and track student progress.</li><li>Exhibitions &amp; Events: Plan and set up art displays, organize school art shows, and prepare student work for competitions or cultural programs.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with other teachers to integrate art into other subjects, attend parent-teacher meetings, and participate in school activities.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualities:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of various art mediums and techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and motivational skills.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and ability to provide individualized attention.</li><li>Organizational skills for managing supplies and projects.</li><li>Understanding of art history and different artistic traditions.</li></ul>*Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
