The role focuses on creating innovative, reliable, and high-performance inflatable products &mdash; from concept through production &mdash; with close collaboration across R&amp;D, materials, and manufacturing teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop inflatable systems and structures, ensuring functionality, durability, and manufacturability.</li><li>Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / CATIA).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&amp;D, materials, production, quality) to ensure design intent and performance goals are met.</li><li>Conduct material selection, seam and joint design, and pressure/load validation for inflatable components.</li><li>Support prototyping, testing, and design iterations based on real-world performance feedback.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety, performance, and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain thorough technical documentation, including design reports, drawings, and design change records.</li></ul>Desired Profile<ul><li>Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;6 years in inflatable product design and development (such as inflatable structures, boats, shelters, airbags, bladders, or defense-related inflatable systems).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of inflatable materials, fabrication methods (e.g., RF welding, heat sealing, TPU/Neoprene coating), and pressure containment design.</li><li>Understanding of structural behavior of inflatables, air flow, and pressure regulation systems.</li><li>Soft Skills: Innovative thinker, hands-on problem solver, and effective team collaborator.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
