Overview:</b><br>
The Pre-Construction Manager III will lead the pre-construction phase of complex construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, estimation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:</b><br>

<ul><li>Oversee the estimating process, including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes, to prepare accurate cost estimates for steel fabrication and erection services.</li><li>Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering assessments to optimize project budgets, minimize costs, and enhance project profitability.</li><li>Review and approve bid proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.</li></ul></div><div><b>
3. Client Relationship Management:</b><br>
<ul><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, insights, and recommendations to support informed decision-making and project success.</li><li>Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns or issues to ensure a positive client experience and foster long-term partnerships.</li></ul></div><div><b>
4. Team Leadership and Development:</b><br>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pre-construction management, estimating, or project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Expertise in structural steel fabrication and erection practices, with a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li></ul></div><p><b>

6. Safety Communication and Promotion:</b><br>
