<ul><li>Plan, supervise, and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities at project sites.</li><li>Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, safety regulations, and applicable codes and standards.</li><li>Prepare material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and technical reports.</li><li>Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Identify and resolve MEP design conflicts through coordination meetings and site assessments.</li><li>Oversee testing and commissioning activities and ensure all systems operate efficiently before handover.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.</li><li>Support estimation and procurement teams by reviewing technical requirements and material quantities.</li><li>Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of MEP experience in construction or facilities management projects (adjust as required).</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (preferred, if applicable).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects.</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
