<ul><li>Conduct initial assessments and examinations of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.</li><li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing medications, treatments, and therapies as necessary.</li><li>Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans and interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations, providing advanced life support and resuscitation as required.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and facilitate multidisciplinary rounds.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information, education, and emotional support regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and prognosis.</li><li>Document all patient encounters, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li><li>Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures for patient care, infection control, medication management, and safety standards.</li><li>Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and clinical outcomes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,138.25 - &#8377;50,207.60 per monthWork Location: In person
