<div>Surfsand Resort is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our team and support the day-to-day operations of our award-winning oceanfront resort. What You'll Do</h3>
<ul><li>Provide daily operational leadership across resort departments.</li>
<li>Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the General Manager is off-site, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.</li>
<li>Support department leaders in delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences.</li>
<li>Coach, mentor, and assist with training to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.</li>
<li>Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations.</li>
<li>Assist with operational planning, staffing, and process improvements.</li>
<li>Support the Accounting Department with financial and administrative responsibilities, including:
<ul><li>Accounts payable</li>
<li>Invoice coding</li>
<li>Bank deposits and banking duties</li>
<li>Payroll processing and related tasks</li>
<li>Other accounting and administrative functions as assigned</li>
</ul></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We're Looking For</h3>
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience required.</li>
<li>Experience with a branded hotel is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Training and experience in:
<ul><li>Hotel front desk operations</li>
<li>Cash handling procedures</li>
<li>Hotel accounting and administrative processes</li>
<li>Or an equivalent combination of education and hospitality experience.</li>
</ul></li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable making decisions independently and managing multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.</li>
<li>High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li>

Operations Manager

<div>Seasonal Room Attendant (Housekeeping) &ndash; Summer Position

Join our team for the summer season at the Surfsand Resort! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Room Attendants to help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

This is a Part-time or Full-time Seasonal Position perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a supportive team, and being part of a beautiful oceanfront resort environment.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
<ul><li>Summer Bonus: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked from June 1 through Labor Day</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Clean and service guest rooms to resort standards</li>
<li>Change linens, make beds, and refresh amenities</li>
<li>Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and ensure rooms are guest-ready</li>
<li>Report maintenance needs or safety concerns</li>
<li>Restock carts and supplies throughout your shift</li>
<li>Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail</li>
<li>Help create a positive guest experience with every room you service</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For

<li>Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required</li>

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas</li>
<li>Strip linens from guest rooms</li>
<li>Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals</li>
<li>Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards</li>
<li>Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc.</li>
<li>Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Previous housekeeping experience preferred</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience</li>
<li>Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>
</ul>
