Job PurposeThe Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of perfumes across B2B and B2C channels by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving assigned targets, and representing the company&rsquo;s brand professionally in the market.Key Responsibilities Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Promote and sell company perfume products to B2B clients such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, and corporate buyers.</li><li>Handle B2C sales through direct selling, retail outlets, kiosks, exhibitions, promotions, and customer visits where applicable.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and actively build a strong customer pipeline.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in value and volume.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.</li><li>Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.</li></ul>Order Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for sales orders, invoices, and collections.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments as per company credit policy.</li></ul>Product Knowledge &amp; Brand Representation<ul><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of perfume products, fragrances, pricing, and promotions.</li><li>Educate customers about product features, usage, and benefits.</li><li>Represent the company brand professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.</li><li>Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.</li><li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Sales target achievement (B2B and B2C)</li><li>New customer acquisition</li><li>Customer retention and repeat sales</li><li>Collection efficiency</li><li>Market coverage and visit productivity</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in perfume, FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury product sales.</li><li>Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales within the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Target-driven with strong closing skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM systems).</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: دوام كاملWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our perfume manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will translate our brand identity and fragrance concepts into visually compelling designs across packaging, marketing, and digital platforms.
