We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aluminum and glass industry and excel in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Support:</li><li>Assist the sales team in tracking leads, preparing quotes, and managing customer inquiries.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status.</li><li>Order Management:</li><li>Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.</li><li>Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.</li><li>Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.</li><li>Market Research:</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.</li><li>Provide insights to the sales team for product development and marketing strategies.</li><li>Administrative Tasks:</li><li>Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.</li><li>Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably within the aluminum and glass industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>sales coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English fluently (Preferred)</li></ul>
