Job Summary:Job Title: Reliability EngineerLocation: Baner Pune (5 days working)Job Shift: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pmJob Type: Full-timeCompany Address: No 87 Plot No, Tech Summit., Sr, 110, Priyanka Park, Near Ganraj Mangal Karyalaya, Opposite To Ever Smile Dental Clinic, Veerbhadra Nagar Road, Baner-411045company website: Asset Analytix https://www.assetanalytix.com/Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understanding of both Reliability and Plant Maintenance principles and techniques.</li><li>Experience with Reliability Analysis tools and methodologies.</li><li>Conduct Failure Analysis of equipment (FMEA, RCA) by Identifying all possible failure modes of equipment with imaginative approach.</li><li>Analysis of failure data from CMMS software.</li><li>Reliability metrics like MTTR, MTBF, etc.</li><li>Experience in PMO (PM Optimization).</li><li>Understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Process.</li><li>Experience in Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance tasks.</li><li>Develop and Implement equipment maintenance strategies.</li><li>Understanding and knowledge of machinery fundamentals like pumps, motors, gearboxes, blower, compressors and basic electrical equipment from various industries.</li><li>Understanding and knowledge of electro-mechanical fundamentals.</li><li>Manage Calibration schedules and documentation for critical instruments.</li><li>Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory optimization and Internal, external Audits.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a Reliability team environment to communicate and presenting strategies, tests and results.</li></ul>Education Qualification:Graduate BE in Mechanical/ Electrical/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 10th - 80% + 12th / Diploma - 60% + B.E./B.Tech - First ClassJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
