<div>Bartender Job Details:</div>
<div>Sparkies Kitchen &amp; Bar is looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests&rsquo; needs and expectations. Our Bartenders are also required to have a full knowledge of Sparkies menu.</div>
<div>Requirements/Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li>
<li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks</li>
<li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations</li>
<li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li>
<li>Check customers&rsquo; identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</li>
<li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li>
<li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li>
<li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li>
</ul><div>Education and Experience Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>Minimum 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent is preferred</li></ul></div></div>
