We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Engineer to oversee Utility &amp; Maintenance operations in our pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing utilities, preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, USFDA).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations, preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance of utilities such as:</li><li>HVAC systems</li><li>Water systems (WTP/RO/DM/Softener/ETP/STP)</li><li>Compressed air systems</li><li>Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and DG Sets</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and utilities.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) to minimize downtime and support smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain records, logbooks, and SOPs for audits and regulatory inspections.</li><li>Monitor and control energy utilization to achieve cost optimization.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.</li><li>Support in installation, qualification, and validation of utility equipment.</li><li>Lead and guide junior engineers and technicians in maintenance activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in utilities &amp; maintenance (preferably in pharmaceutical / healthcare / regulated industry).</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, water systems, and utility equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and USFDA guidelines.</li><li>Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
