The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting activities. The role requires accuracy in maintaining accounts, preparing GST &amp; TDS returns, handling vendor payments, payroll, and coordinating with auditors, banks, and internal departments.Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping&#61623; Maintain daily accounting records in Tally / ERP system.&#61623; Record sales, purchase, journal entries, and expenses.&#61623; Prepare monthly balance sheet, P&amp;L statements, and MIS reports.2. Taxation &amp; Compliance&#61623; Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation).&#61623; Handle TDS, and other statutory compliance.&#61623; Support in company audits, statutory filings, and ROC compliance.3. Payments &amp; Receivables&#61623; Manage vendor invoices, process supplier and employee payments.&#61623; Follow up on customer payments and maintain accounts receivable ageing.&#61623; Reconcile bank statements, debtor &amp; creditor ledgers.4. Payroll &amp; Expense Management&#61623; Process employee salaries, maintain payroll records.&#61623; Handle reimbursements and travel/expense claims.&#61623; Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory deductions.5. Financial Coordination&#61623; Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, loans, and related documentation.&#61623; Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.&#61623; Assist in preparing financial data for decision-making.Qualifications &amp; Skills &#61623; Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified CA/ICWA preferred.&#61623; Experience: 1&ndash;5 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial company.Technical Skills&#61623; Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.&#61623; Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.&#61623; Strong understanding of financial statements and reconciliation.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
