   . Able to join with your network and connections and able generate leads easily.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Coordinate with sales &amp; leasing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, work with the pricing department to create proposals.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   . Draft and give presentations to prospective clients
  </li>
  <li>
   . Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales and/or Leasing pipeline
  </li>
  <li>
   . Follow up on the collection supporting Finance department in the first transaction until the payments are streamlined.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Drive the end-to-end sales and/or leasing process, and evaluate clients&rsquo; requirements and financial gains to make personalized presentations
  </li>
  <li>
   . Participate in marketing campaigns, events, seminars and other PR activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Participate in the formulation and implementation of the overall growth strategy in line with the business requirements through identification of new business and sales opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Achieve the annual and communicated target as per the annual commercial plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Perform competitor analysis and scope opportunities for revenue generation that will address customer wants and needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Champion the understanding and segmentation of the target audience's needs and desires, understanding the segmentation and activities best suited to the correct audience.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required. .Maintain a record of all commercial activities and track against budget.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Participate in annual budgeting process and provide reports against budget within the allocated time and designated method.
  </li>
  <li>
   . Review and validate the draft agreements before presenting them to line manager.
  </li>
