<div><div><div>Susquehanna has a job opportunity available for a corporate attorney to join our in-house counsel / legal team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. In this role, you will gain tremendous insight into our business while counseling and advising business units on a broad array of legal issues. Our legal team performs an active and important role in information technology, corporate and securities transactions, venture capital and private equity deals, trading relationships (clearing agreements, ISDAs, MSLAs, etc.), and general business matters. Your role will be that of a liaison, strategizing with colleagues and business management teams on a comprehensive array of issues that are as diverse and multifaceted as our continually evolving business.</div><div></div><div><br>
 In this role, you will</div><ul><li>
Provide frontline legal support to various business units within Susquehanna</li><li>
Document, review, negotiate, and oversee corporate transactions</li><li>
Be trained to review and negotiate clearing, trading, financing, brokerage, and derivative agreements</li><li>
Document and negotiate employment agreements</li><li>
Review and negotiate technology license and purchasing agreements</li><li>
Oversee and coordinate outside counsel on an ad hoc basis</li></ul><br>
<b>
What we're looking for</b><br>
<ul><li>
Minimum of 4-5 years of corporate/securities related legal experience required, experience with securities trading documentation a plus</li><li>
Must possess strong negotiation skills</li><li>
Strong organization, effective planning, problem solving, and analytical skills required</li><li>
Superior communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to liaise comfortably with all levels of management and outside counsel</li><li>
Must exhibit initiative in obtaining information needed to proceed with projects and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision</li><li>
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations or urgent requests that may arise with little or no notice</li><li>
Must possess discretion and sensitivity when working with confidential information and safeguard such information appropriately</li><li>
Ability to exhibit independent judgment when evaluating projects or assignment needs</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)</li><li>
Willingness to work additional and flexible hours on occasion</li><li>

Corporate Securities Attorney

We are looking for a team player with meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of corporate organizational structures. Experience with KYC compliance and entity management is a plus. This role provides a great opportunity to work with not only our legal team but with teams across the firm in support of various ad-hoc projects that arise.</div><div></div><div><br>
In this role, you will</div><ul><li>
Review and prepare disclosure on behalf of various Susquehanna entities in response to know-your-customer (KYC) and customer due diligence (CDD) requests received from counterparties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and practices.</li><li>
Review or draft documentation or agreements requested or required in connection with KYC/CDD reviews of Susquehanna entities.</li><li>
Collaborate with various departments, including compliance, operations, and internal controls, to provide oversight of the KYC process and facilitate the delivery of timely and accurate KYC information.</li><li>
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.</li><li>
Provide guidance and training to staff members on KYC and AML procedures and best practices.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of enhancements to Susquehanna&rsquo;s KYC policies and procedures.</li><li>
Form new entities and maintain the books, records, and related documents for all corporate entities.</li></ul><br>

JD required</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on financial services, regulatory compliance, or AML/KYC</li><li>

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities</li><li>
