 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage Sustonable&rsquo;s short- and long-term brand strategies and marketing budget,
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, coordinate, and report on 360&deg; execution of marketing activities and product launches in line with the brand&rsquo;s annual marketing plan,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and follow the product development process (certifications, samples, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all relationships with creative, printing, and media planning &amp; buying agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage fairs, events, and sponsorships&mdash;coordinate suppliers and all event logistics, and produce post-event evaluations to inform future planning.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the construction (ceramics, design, and architecture) industry,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to manage, execute, coordinate, and support all marketing communication functions with a 360&deg; marketing perspective,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination and project management skills to ensure seamless end-to-end execution,
 </li>
 <li>
 High learning agility and adaptability to fast-changing start-up conditions and business needs.
 </li>
