The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with listed entity compliances, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage assignments independently in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Timely compliance of provisions of SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial</li><li>Standard, and RBI Regulations.</li><li>Convening Annual General Meeting (AGM)including preparing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence, and all other compliances related to AGM</li><li>Preparation of Notice, Agenda and complying with the provisions of Board Meeting,</li><li>Committee Meeting and Shareholders&rsquo; General Meeting and conducting the meetings.</li><li>Preparation of various types of Minutes of Board Meeting, Committee Meeting and</li><li>Shareholder Meeting</li><li>Preparation of Annual Filling related Documents including Board Report and Annual Return as per Companies Act, 2013</li><li>Filling of various forms and other returns with statutory authorities</li><li>Maintenance of various Statutory Registers and other Master data</li><li>Liaising with various statutory authorities such as SEBI, Stock Exchanges, NSDL/CDSL, RBI, etc.</li><li>Updation of various statutory amendments.</li><li>Co-ordination with Share Transfer Agent and Depositories</li><li>Handling investor and shareholders' complaints on a timely basis</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
