This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR processes in a professional environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires</li><li>Maintain and update HR records and employee data</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Help with attendance, timesheet, and leave tracking</li><li>Assist in drafting HR letters, documentation, and reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace</li><li>Interest in building a career in HR</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Practical exposure to core HR functions</li><li>Mentoring by experienced HR professionals</li><li>Certificate of Internship upon completion</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
