We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems.Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Develop and Maintain Software Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize high-performance applications using Rust, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security forAI-driven systems.&#61623; Collaborate with AI &amp;amp; ML Teams: Work closely with data scientists, machine learningengineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into robust softwaresolutions.&#61623; Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve the performance of AI-driven applications, particularly in handling large datasets and intensivecomputations.&#61623; Code Reviews &amp;amp; Mentorship: Conduct peer code reviews and provide mentorship tojunior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment.&#61623; Testing &amp;amp; Debugging: Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests toensure the robustness of AI applications.&#61623; Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously explore new tools, libraries, andtechniques to improve development processes and product quality, especially withinthe generative AI and Rust ecosystems.Qualifications:&#61623; 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus onsystem-level programming and performance optimization.&#61623; Proficiency in Rust programming language with a solid understanding of Rust'sownership model, memory management, and concurrency patterns.&#61623; Experience working with microservices architecture and cloud-based environmentssuch as AWS, GCP, or Azure.&#61623; Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and experience with multi-threadedprogramming.&#61623; Familiarity with system-level design principles, low-level programming, and networkprotocols.&#61623; Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and containertechnologies like Docker or Kubernetes.&#61623; Experience in integrating or working with AI/ML frameworks or tools is a plus.&#61623; Knowledge of other programming languages like C/C++, Go, or Python isadvantageous.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;1,400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
