Job Description:We are looking for a competent and organized Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling office management, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and facility maintenance.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise daily administrative operations of the showroom.* Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance tasks.* Handle staff attendance, leaves, and related HR records.* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.* Maintain company documents, files, and records efficiently.* Support management in procurement, logistics, and budgeting.* Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.* Prepare administrative reports and assist in audits when required.Requirements:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management).* Minimum **3&ndash;5 years** of relevant administrative experience.* Strong communication and leadership skills.* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
