Join our team in the beautiful Himalayas and be part of our exciting journey.That said, we are seeking a talented and experienced backend engineer to join our small but dedicated team who fits the following requirements.Responsibilities-Technical Leadership &amp; Development-Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable React.js applications.-Lead frontend design discussions, ensuring best practices in state management, component reusability, and performance optimization.-Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.-Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.Performance &amp; Optimization-Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO-friendliness.-Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) where applicable (Next.js experience is a plus).-Diagnose and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.Testing &amp; Quality Assurance-Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design compliance.DevOps &amp; Deployment-Work with CI/CD pipelines-Assist in deployment strategies for frontend applications.What We&rsquo;re Looking ForMust-Have Skills&#10004; 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).&#10004; Strong expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).&#10004; Proficient in TypeScript and component-driven development.&#10004; Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.&#10004; Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).&#10004; Knowledge of CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion) or utility-first CSS (Tailwind).&#10004; Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and security best practices.Good-to-Have Skills&#10004; Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.&#10004; Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel integration).&#10004; Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).&#10004; Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Soft Skills&#10004; Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.&#10004; Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.&#10004; Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.HOW TO APPLYIf you think you're the right fit for us, we'd love to hear from you.
