With over 12 years of expertise, we have helped thousands of learners and employees upgrade their skills to stay competitive in today&rsquo;s dynamic workplace.We are now seeking an experienced MS Office 365 Trainer who can bring advanced technical expertise and exceptional presentation skills to our classroom and corporate training programs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive training sessions in MS Office 365 applications, including but not limited to,</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, pivot tables, automation).</li><li>Advanced Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and dashboards.</li><li>Complete MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li><li>Design, develop, and update training materials, lesson plans, and course modules tailored to corporate clients and individual students.</li><li>Conduct interactive and practical workshops that enhance learner engagement and retention.</li><li>Provide student counseling sessions to guide learners in course selection, exam preparation, and certifications.</li><li>Assess learners through evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions to track progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.</li><li>Work closely with the academic and sales team to enhance course delivery and student registration.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest Microsoft tools, technologies, and training trends to ensure course content remains current.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven training experience in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI.</li><li>Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis, automation).</li><li>Professional mastery of Power BI for corporate dashboards and business intelligence.</li><li>Excellent command of the full MS Office 365 suite, including collaborative tools like Teams and SharePoint.</li><li>Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in training corporate employees, professionals, and students.</li><li>Must be based in Dubai with preference given to candidates on their own visa.</li><li>Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire learners across various industries.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive salary package ranging from AED 4,000 &ndash; AED 6,000 per month.</li><li>Incentive bonuses for successful student counseling and registrations.</li><li>Opportunity to train corporate clients and professionals across different industries.</li><li>Work with an award winning, KHDA approved institute recognized across the UAE.</li><li>Professional growth through continuous exposure to training innovations and certifications.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are passionate about teaching, skilled in Microsoft technologies, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful training, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 27/09/2025
