Necessary skills include strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as proficiency in spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading. Job duties will include managing the attorney's calendar, scheduling meetings and handling appointments, transcribing dictation, preparing, formatting, and organizing correspondence and legal documents, maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, filing legal documents with courts and governmental agencies, and answering phone calls. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
